New Patient Registration

Before registering with the practice you must complete a BSO registration form and a new patient questionnaire.  These forms are available from reception.

You can find more about eligibility and entitlement to health services as well as the BSO registration form in a range of further languages here.

After your registration has been accepted you may be asked to attend for a new patient medical with one of the GP partners.

Practice Location

The practice is located in purpose built premises on the corner of the Ballynahinch Road and Hillsborough Road.

The car park, which is shared with the pharmacy, is accessed from the Hillsborough Road.

The practice premises have access and facilities for all disabled persons.

Practice Area & Boundary

In agreement with the HSCB, the practice boundary changed to within a 5.5 mile radius of the premises, but only as far as the A55 dual carriageway towards Belfast. This is in effect from 1/12/2019.

The practice will retain all patients who resided within the previous area, until they move to a new residence outside the new boundary.
