Acute Prescriptions

Due to the volume of calls being received by the practice, we can no longer take requests for repeat prescriptions over the phone.  Exceptions to this are for children, carers or family ordering on behalf of another patient and patients who have no access to online services.  

New medications may be requested over the phone. 

If you do not have access to online services please contact reception on 02890812211 to register for online services or request a new access PIN. 

Online & Repeat Prescriptions

Please order your repeat prescriptions online using the link below.

Written requests for repeat medication can be left at reception.

Your prescription request will take 48 hours to process. Please do not ask for it before this as it will not be available.

We are not able to process repeat prescriptions on the normal surgery telephone number.

If you do not have access to online prescriptions you can contact the reception for details of how to establish online access.

Pharmacy Collection

As part of our ongoing effort to provide you with a safe and secure prescription service we would like you to state if you would like your prescription collected and dispensed by a local pharmacy. Please ask Reception for details of the local pharmacys who will provide this service

You will only be able to collect your prescription from the pharmacy if you have specifically made this request and the pharmacy has agreed to provide this service.

All other prescriptions must be collected from the surgery during normal surgery opening hours. 

If you do not state that you want to collect your prescription from a local pharmacy we will assume that you want to collect it from the surgery 

Please note that you should allow 48 hours for prescriptions to be processed. If you require any item sooner please leave a note in the text box at bottom of page
