Pharmacy Collection

As part of our ongoing effort to provide you with a safe and secure prescription service we would like you to state if you would like your prescription collected and dispensed by a local Pharmacy. Please ask Reception for details of the local Pharmacy's who will provide this service

You will only be able to collect your prescription from the Pharmacy if you have specifically made this request and the Pharmacy has agreed to provide this service.

All other prescriptions must be collected from the surgery during normal surgery opening hours.

If you do not state that you want to collect your prescription from a local Pharmacy we will assume that you want to collect it from the surgery 48_hours

Please note that you should allow 48 hours for prescriptions to be processed. If you require any item sooner please leave a note in the text box at bottom of page
