You can cancel your appointment by phone or by internet if you are registered with the online prescription ordering service.

Information Leaflets for Patients

A range of leaflets for specific conditions have beendeveloped by the Health Board and are available to  view or download on the right hand side of the screen.

Ordering Repeat Prescriptions

We have a dedicated phone number for repeat prescription requests. The number will be 028 90813266 and it is available almost 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

When you ring you will be asked for your name, your date of birth, your address and what medications you want to order.

The requests will be processed each working day between 11am and 1pm (during this time the service will not be available) and your prescription will be ready for collection within 48 hours (2 working days).

We are not able to process repeat prescriptions on the normal surgery telpehone number.
